Designing it right
Two services support this stage, depending on your project. Retrofit Specifications give your contractor what they need for a straightforward retrofit. Design Review keeps retrofit principles at the heart of an architect's plans.
Retrofit specification support
We create and coordinate specifications for your home, setting out the standards, preparation, materials and installation needed. The service includes discussing the design with contractors and responding to a limited number of queries. This service is suited to simpler projects involving a limited number of improvements

Building it right
All the planning and design work only matters if it makes it onto the building site. We provide on-site support during construction, helping your contractor build to the standard your plan requires and answering retrofit questions as they come up.
