The need to eco-retrofit our existing homes to make them energy-efficient presents a huge business opportunity to the construction industry, both for existing trades and contractors and for new entrants to the sector.
Whether you're already working on retrofit projects, working in construction but don't know much about retrofit, or if you're considering a career change into construction, join us to hear about the opportunities available via People Powered Retrofit and in the sector more widely.
People Powered Retrofit are working to facilitate growth of the retrofit industry as a whole, as well as operating an end-to-end service to guide owner-occupiers through retrofit work, including procurement of contractors. We're in high demand, with c.100 households in the design stage and on our waiting list, and new enquiries coming in every week. The work available is particularly suited to SMEs and sole-traders in the domestic renovation, maintenance and improvement sector.
